Pre Sale Questions

Our store specializes in a variety of nutritious snacks, including the energizing Vlife Superfood Crackers and Vloong flavorous Thin Crackers. Each product is crafted with health-focused ingredients to provide both taste and nutrition.

Many of our crackers are designed to cater to various dietary preferences. We prioritize natural ingredients, which may appeal to those seeking healthier options. We offer plant-based superfood crackers, like the Kale & Whole Grain Cracker.

The shelf life of our snacks varies by product, but generally, they are designed to maintain freshness for several months when stored in a cool, dry place. It is advisable to check the packaging for specific expiration dates.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Aftersales Questions
